Health, Safety, Quality and the Environment (HSEQ) is T3 Drilling’s way of life and highest priority, enabling the company to reach a milestone 5.5 million hours without a Lost Time Injury across all operations. This was achieved over 8 years and 5 months.
T3 Drilling values its safe working history and is dedicated to the health and safety of its employees as well as the communities and environment in which it operates.
T3 Drilling complies with all legal requirements of the various countries in which it operates, applies the International Labour Organisation standards of practice, and all operations adhere to and are certified in ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018.
T3 Drilling continually strives to improve its safety procedures. Each shift commences with a toolbox talk and pre-shift risk assessment and safety is discussed at all operational meetings.
In addition management reviews are regularly conducted to measure compliance and the effectiveness of the company’s integrated HSEQ management systems and annual external audits are conducted by an independent internationally accredited certification body.
In conjunction with equipment suppliers, training programmes are conducted on a regular basis for all drilling personnel to ensure the latest safe drilling procedures and techniques are implemented and regular risk assessments are conducted on all drilling activities.
T3 Drilling is committed to the preservation of the environment. The company only uses environmentally friendly chemicals when drilling and follows a strict environment management system that reviews the company’s environmental objectives and targets on a regular basis to ensure that all operations have minimal impact on the environment.
